Body Positive Challenge

What do you see when you look in the mirror every morning?  What does your internal dialogue sound like?  Are you trying everything to change your body but coming up short? I want to give you some simple tools and practices that you can incorporate into your daily lives that will help transform the way you feel about your body.  Because as much as you think so, hating your body will never produce positive change!

LOVEYOURBODYOne of my favorite bloggers is Erin Brown.  The quote at the top of her site is what truly inspired me for this challenge because it is truth!  “If women made peace with their bodies and each other it would change everything…”  

 

I know that this is not just a problem for women, it is an epidemic for men and women alike!  I saw a post recently from a male that said “It’s just as hard to be Ken as it is to be Barbie”.  I’m definitely not trying to leave the men out of this challenge!  But as a woman, and in working with primarily females, I know that it is one of the hardest challenges women face – to just love our bodies.  But guys, please join us too!
