Yep, you read that right – HEALTHY edible COOKIE DOUGH! This is a go-to snack for me. I love it pre/post workout, or just when I’m craving something sweet. It’s amazingly good and cures my sweet tooth every time without the guilt.
- 1.5 Tbs melted coconut oil
- 1 scoop Vanilla Juice Plus+ Complete Plant Mix
- Splash of unsweetened plant milk (I prefer cashew)
- Chocolate chips (dairy free if needed)
Place first 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix together, adding more milk if needed, until cookie dough consistency. Fold in chocolate chips and enjoy!
