What is Health Coaching and How Can It Help Me?

Health coaches are at the forefront of today’s health revolution. At a time when one in five people will die of lifestyle-related disease, as well as when diabetes and obesity are at an all-time high, health coaches provide the nutritional and lifestyle guidance society desperately needs to find its way back to health.

Health Coaching isn’t about dieting, although we will talk about food and finding out what works for your body. Health Coaching IS about transforming your lifestyle.

In my Health Coaching program you will discover the joy of learning to live a simple, healthy lifestyle.  I will show you how to live every day with more confidence, energy and freedom.  You will feel empowered to pursue new goals, and you will discover ways to lose weight, decrease physical pain, reduce anxiety, balance your moods and feel confident in your own skin.

I am motivating, honest and non-judgmental and I promise you that you will feel safe and supported as we take this journey together.

Is Health Coaching for ME?

I really focus on mindset in my coaching – we do daily affirmations, body acceptance exercises, stress management techniques, and work on simplifying our environments. We don’t count things, instead we learn to be more mindful of our movement, our food, our self talk and our stress levels.

I love working with moms, who sometimes don’t even have time in their day to drink a cup of coffee, and helping them find that balance of self care and also creating a healthy lifestyle with their families, one simple change at a time.

I love working with individuals who, like most of us, are confused because of the all the contradicting information and fad diets they’re bombarded with, to create lasting healthy habits that work for the lifestyle THEY want. Because everyone is different, we can’t blanket subscribe to a fad diet.

I also love helping people are wanting to transition to a more plant-based diet. We work together to make the transition over time instead of just going cold turkey, which typically causes us to give up.

About 4 times a year I offer a program called Transform30 for those people that are really ready to go all in and dedicate 30 days to being completely focused on their health, mind body and soul. This is a program that produces some really great results quickly, like better sleep, better digestion, decreased bloating, clearer skin, weight loss if needed, more lean muscle, and so much more. With simple guidelines, group support, nutritional support products, video workouts, and 5 cook books with tons recipes, it’s a great way to jumpstart the sustainable lifestyle transformation so many of us are looking for. My next session starts April 1st, and enrollment will be open March 1.
